hello everybody i am from Shan Shi Bu

我是第十七届的膳食部！！

膳食部通常有些什么秘诀或遇到疑难杂症？

actually the problem is not too big
we just hve to be fast to prepare our meal only
and other is the problem of time
and the entrance of pupils

那么解决的方法是什么呢？问题不大，可是每一届都有各种不同的问题出现，为什么？

我覺得膳食部的秘訣就是:1)對友間要懂得如何分配工作和協調:
                                  2)隊員清楚的記得自己本身所負責各小組的用膳地點,以在有限的時間內完成工作:
                                  3)記得各部從不同地點進入飯堂的路線,以便營員能以最短的時間入座:
                                  4)懂得控制和分配時間.
我覺得最常見的問題是:1)素食營員的飯盒沒有被妥善的安排
                  解決方法:由膳食部的其中一人負責,並在飯盒上做記號!並且在素食者的餐桌,做個讓人看了明確的記號!
                               2)安排活動部的工作,在準備膳食時會有活動部來協助!常見到活動部的隊員因不曉得該如何做而混亂!
                  解決方法: 膳食部的督察們應明確的告知活動部所負責他們的工作,好讓他們曉得該做些什麼!
                                最好也能讓他們曉得食物的所在位置!

很多人覺得時間是問題的根源,其實只要妥善的安排,問題便會縮小和減少!15th的時候我們便是用這樣的方式,來完成我們每一次的工作!希望對接下來的干訓營能有所幫助~~~:good
